Lightweight, large-format surfaces in exposed concrete, rust, wood and marble looks – only 1.5–4 mm thin and flexible.
An exhibition stand has to be built in a few days – and look premium from the very first day of the fair. Our sheets of around 3 × 1 m and only 1.5–4 mm thick are lightweight and flexible and are fixed to load-bearing walls, columns and counters. The result: large surfaces in exposed concrete, rust, wood or marble looks that feel like the real material – without heavy panels or plaster techniques.
At the Salone del Mobile in Milan, one of the most important furniture fairs in the world, NEFF, Nolte Küchen and Sempre in & outdoor living have designed their exhibition stands with our surfaces. All the panels are hand-made in Italy – HeavyRoll and Concrete Art made from around 60 recycled Carrara marble %, Reborn made from around 95 % recycled Carrara marble.

Why is the wall cladding ideal for exhibition stands?
The sheets are large-format, only 1.5–4 mm thin and lightweight. They are glued – no formwork, no plaster techniques. This gives a stand the look of real exposed concrete, rust, wood or marble without heavy panels.
What fire class does the wall cladding have?
HeavyRoll and Concrete Art achieve Euroclass A2 to EN 13501-1 (A2-s2,d0) – the second-highest fire class, no flaming droplets. Certified – important for fire safety requirements at trade fairs.
What surfaces are available for exhibition stands?
All surfaces from our collections: exposed concrete and rust from HeavyRoll, reliefs from Concrete Art as well as marble, travertine and onyx from the Reborn Collection.
Can counters, columns and curved walls be clad?
Yes. The sheets are flexible and follow curves – as on the Nolte Küchen stand. More on this: Column Cladding.
How is the wall cladding delivered?
On rolls: our concrete, marble, stone and wood looks arrive at the fair rolled up – compact to transport and easy to handle, ideal for exhibition stands. Each sheet measures approx. 3,000 × 950–1,000 mm and is only 1.5–4 mm thin.
How is the cladding installed?
Quick and easy: HeavyRoll and Concrete Art are fixed with standard tile adhesive onto a load-bearing, flat and even substrate – apply the adhesive with a notched trowel (up to 6 mm). You can even fix them directly over old tiles: no chiselling, no dust, no rubble – saving time and money.
Is the material sustainable?
Yes. HeavyRoll and Concrete Art are made of around 60%, Reborn of around 95% recycled Carrara marble. Every sheet is handmade in Italy. Find out more on our page Sustainability.
Can stand builders and agencies get samples?
