Villa facade with HeavyRoll exterior wall cladding in exposed concrete look

Exterior Wall Cladding for Your House Facade

Exposed concrete, wood and stone looks for house facades, entrances and walls – large-format, only 1.5–4 mm thin, frost and UV resistant.

Facade Design – Large Surfaces Instead of Heavy Facade Panels

A facade in board-formed exposed concrete or a natural stone look defines a building – from a family home to a store front or a garden wall. Instead of heavy facade panels, you clad the surface with our sheets of around 3 × 1 m, only 1.5–4 mm thin, fixed to a load-bearing, flat substrate. The surfaces are frost and UV resistant and suitable for outdoors as well as indoors – for new builds and renovations alike.

This gives your facade a new look in a short time. Our concrete, stone and wood looks are supplied on rolls – easy to transport, even directly to site. All sheets are handmade in Italy: HeavyRoll and Concrete Art from around 60%, Reborn from around 95% recycled Carrara marble.

Exterior Wall Cladding and Outdoor Walls

FAQ – Exterior Wall Cladding

Can the wall cladding be used outdoors?
Yes. Our surfaces are frost and UV resistant and suitable for facades, entrances, garden walls and exterior walls – as well as indoors.

Which looks are suitable for a house facade?
For facades, board-formed or smooth exposed concrete from HeavyRoll, a natural stone look with Pietra Flessibile and reliefs from Concrete Art. We are happy to advise you on the appropriate surface for your building.

Is wall cladding an alternative to facade panels?
Yes. Instead of heavy facade panels, our lightweight sheets, only 1.5–4 mm thin, create large surfaces with very few joints – even on curved surfaces and entrances.

Can a garden wall be clad too?
Yes. Garden walls, plinths and exterior walls can be clad with our sheets – for example in board-formed exposed concrete, as in our project in South Tyrol.

How is the facade cladding delivered?
On rolls: our concrete, stone and wood looks arrive on site rolled up – easy to transport and handle. Each sheet measures approx. 3,000 × 950–1,000 mm.

How is the facade cladding installed?
HeavyRoll and Concrete Art are fixed with tile adhesive onto a load-bearing, flat and even substrate – apply the adhesive with a notched trowel (up to 6 mm). Your facade gets a new surface quickly and without heavy materials.

Is the material sustainable?
Yes. HeavyRoll and Concrete Art are made of around 60%, Reborn of around 95% recycled Carrara marble. Every sheet is handmade in Italy. Find out more on our page Sustainability.

Can architects and clients get samples?
Sure. Get in touch – architects, planners and clients receive samples and a quote for their facade. More references can be found under Projects.
