Kutter garden centre in Kempten – café counter with wall cladding in exposed concrete look

Restaurant Design and Bar Design with Wall Cladding

Exposed concrete, rust, wood and marble looks for restaurants, cafés, bars and hotels – large-format, only 1.5–4 mm thin, made from recycled Carrara marble.

Restaurant and Bar Design – Atmosphere in Just a Few Days

In restaurant design, atmosphere is everything – and every day without guests costs money. Our sheets of around 3 × 1 m and only 1.5–4 mm thick are fixed directly to a load-bearing substrate: no formwork, no plaster techniques and no heavy materials. The result: walls, counters, columns and ceilings in exposed concrete, rust, wood or marble looks that feel like the real material – for restaurants, cafés, bars, lounges and hotels.

McDonald’s, Paris Saint-Germain and the Kutter garden centre already use our surfaces. All sheets are handmade in Italy – HeavyRoll and Concrete Art from around 60%, Reborn from around 95% recycled Carrara marble.

Wall Cladding for Restaurants, Cafés and Bars – Examples

FAQ – Wall Cladding for Restaurants and Hotels

Why is the wall cladding ideal for restaurant design?
The sheets are large-format, lightweight and quick to install – ideal when a restaurant, café or bar needs a new look in a short time. They look like the real material, without its weight.

What fire class does the wall cladding have?
HeavyRoll and Concrete Art achieve Euroclass A2 to EN 13501-1 (A2-s2,d0) – the second-highest fire class, no flaming droplets. Certified – ideal for restaurants, bars, hotels and other public spaces.

Which looks suit restaurants, cafés and bars?
Exposed concrete from HeavyRoll, real rust surfaces, warm wood effect, reliefs from Concrete Art and marble looks from Reborn.

Can counters, columns and ceilings be clad too?
Yes. The flexible sheets follow curves – on counters, columns and curved balustrades, as in the McCafé. The ceiling can be clad as well.

Is the wall cladding suitable for hotels?
Yes – for hotel rooms, lobbies, lounges and bathrooms. References include Hotel Marienburg in Monheim and a hotel in Hong Kong.

How is the wall cladding delivered?
On rolls: our concrete, marble, stone and wood looks arrive rolled up – easy to transport and quick to install. Each sheet measures approx. 3,000 × 950–1,000 mm.

Is the material sustainable?
Yes. HeavyRoll and Concrete Art are made of around 60%, Reborn of around 95% recycled Carrara marble. More on our page Sustainability.

Can restaurateurs and planners get samples?
Sure. Get in touch – you will receive samples and a quote for your project. More references under Projects.
