HeavyRoll BETON ANKERLOCH – exposed concrete with tie holes

HeavyRoll BETON ANKERLOCH – exposed concrete with tie holes

Smooth exposed concrete, as if freshly struck from the formwork.

HeavyRoll BETON ANKERLOCH HR-17

BETON ANKERLOCH HR-17 shows smooth exposed concrete with the typical tie holes of the formwork. Fine streaks and shadows give the surface depth and make the concrete character convincing. Our inspiration was the station building on the Jungfraujoch. The sheets can be installed vertically or horizontally. Sheet size: approx. 3,000 x 1,050 mm. Delivery time on request.

Material poetry. Architectural freedom. HeavyRoll® – flexible mineral surfaces for expressive architecture.

HeavyRoll® Classic Collection

Inspired by nature. Made for new spaces.

HeavyRoll is made from real mineral materials and around 60% recycled Carrara marble — giving valuable raw materials a second life as contemporary architectural surfaces.

What looks like solid stone, concrete or metal is in fact surprisingly light, flexible and only a few millimetres thin.

Our materials are supplied in rolls and open up completely new possibilities for walls, furniture, curves and creative room concepts.

Every texture is developed with a strong feel for design — for surfaces that not only look good but give spaces an emotional quality.

Natural. Innovative. Flexible. Mineral.

HeavyRoll in a Project: Epic Games, Shanghai

HeavyRoll with a board-formed look was used in the Epic Games offices in Shanghai. On the upper floors, where a solid concrete wall is not possible, it creates a real exposed concrete atmosphere – light, thin and quick to install.

HeavyRoll stability test

How strong is HeavyRoll? We hang a sheet from just two nails and attach a full bucket of water to the bottom – the sheet holds without tearing.

HeavyRoll fire test

In the test, a HeavyRoll sheet is heated with a gas burner for several minutes: the mineral surface only glows and keeps its shape. Euroclass A2 to EN 13501-1 (A2-s2,d0) – the second-highest fire class, no flaming droplets. Certified.
