HeavyRoll is concrete on a roll with a real, tangible texture. Each surface is handmade – from the classic board cladding to smooth concrete with tie holes to the burnt wood plank. The mineral layer consists % of approximately 60% recycled Carrara marble and various other minerals. A flexible glass fiber mat is integrated into these substances and ensures the stability and tear-resistant concrete base.

A track measures approximately 3 × 1 m and is only 2–4 mm thick. It adapts to Columns and curves It is used where massive concrete would be too heavy or too complex: in upper floors, in shopfitting, on furniture or on the facade. With rust designs, the surface actually rots. Due to natural oxidation, each line appears slightly different – sometimes lighter, sometimes darker, sometimes more pronounced in relief. Simple and quick: HeavyRoll is applied with commercial tile adhesive to a stable, level and straight surface – apply the adhesive with the tooth spatula (up to 6 mm).
