Unique 3D concrete design

Design Your Spaces with Concrete on a Roll

We develop mineral surfaces that give any interior an architectural character.

Every design captures the raw beauty of concrete, stone, metal and expressive textures – reinterpreted as flexible, lightweight rolls for almost limitless applications.

From structured lines and organic patterns to bold graphic reliefs, our handmade surfaces are developed for designers looking for authentic materials without structural limitations.

Concrete on a roll is a real mineral layer made from natural and recycled materials, with an embedded flexible glass fibre mat.

The result is a durable, vapour-permeable and waterproof surface that adapts to curves while keeping the look and feel of solid concrete.

Real mineral. Real texture. Maximum design freedom.

HeavyRoll VINTAGE CONCRETE HR-16

VINTAGE CONCRETE HR-16 shows weathered formwork concrete with a powerful, heavy-looking surface – a tribute to brutalist architecture. As concrete on a roll, it brings real exposed concrete character to homes, offices and restaurants – ideal for industrial style and lofts, without formwork and without the weight. The sheets can be installed vertically or horizontally. Sheet size: approx. 2,950 x 950 mm. Delivery time on request.

HeavyRoll in a Project: Epic Games, Shanghai

HeavyRoll with a board-formed look was used in the Epic Games offices in Shanghai. On the upper floors, where a solid concrete wall is not possible, it creates a real exposed concrete atmosphere – light, thin and quick to install.

HeavyRoll stability test

How strong is HeavyRoll? We hang a sheet from just two nails and attach a full bucket of water to the bottom – the sheet holds without tearing.

HeavyRoll fire test

In the test, a HeavyRoll sheet is heated with a gas burner for several minutes: the mineral surface only glows and keeps its shape. Euroclass A2 to EN 13501-1 (A2-s2,d0) – the second-highest fire class, no flaming droplets. Certified.
